Terms of Service

1. About FindMyPT

FindMyPT (the “Service”) is a SaaS platform operated by Mindie. We provide personal trainers and fitness studios with a public profile, lead inbox, group class management, and related tools. We are not a coaching service ourselves — we don’t host training sessions or hold funds between clients and trainers.

2. Accounts

To create an account you must be 16 or older and provide an accurate email. Trainers and studios commit that their listed credentials, qualifications, and photos are truthful. Misleading listings may be removed at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• New trainer accounts start a 14-day trial of the Core plan. No card is required to start the trial.
• Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Polar.sh today; we may switch providers in the future). FindMyPT does not store full card details.
• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.

4. Trainer ↔ client transactions

Coaching engagements and payments for sessions, packages, or memberships happen directly between the trainer (or studio) and the client, off-platform. FindMyPT takes no commission and does not act as an escrow. We provide lead routing and scheduling tools only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fake reviews, ratings, or transformation photos.
• Impersonate another coach, studio, or client.
• Scrape, spam, or abuse other users.
• Use the platform for activity that is illegal in Türkiye or the user’s jurisdiction.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the bio, photos, transformations, and messages you upload. By uploading, you grant FindMyPT a non-exclusive license to display them on the Service and to index them for search.

7. Liability

FindMyPT is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for outcomes of coaching engagements arranged through the platform, nor for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We will email users when we change these terms in a material way. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
